We're seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to lead high-impact digital marketing initiatives across multiple dealership locations. In this role, you'll develop and optimize search marketing strategies, improve website performance, analyze marketing data, and identify opportunities to drive customer acquisition and business growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic, analytical marketer who understands the complete digital marketing ecosystem and thrives in a collaborative, results-driven environment.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage paid search campaigns across Google Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and Local platforms.
  • Lead SEO initiatives, including technical optimization, content strategy, on-page SEO, schema implementation, and local search optimization.
  • Monitor dealership websites for content accuracy, promotions, merchandising, compliance, user experience, and conversion opportunities.
  • Conduct website audits to improve SEO, performance, navigation, lead generation, and overall user experience.
  • Analyze website, campaign, and customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improved marketing performance.
  • Build dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for dealership leadership and executive teams.
  • Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting across digital marketing platforms.
  • Collaborate with dealership leadership, internal teams, vendors, and marketing partners to execute integrated marketing strategies.
  • Evaluate marketing technologies, agencies, and third-party vendors to maximize performance and return on investment.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and automotive retail best practices.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEM, SEO, or performance marketing.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and Looker Studio.
  • Strong understanding of website optimization, SEO, conversion rate optimization, and digital analytics.
  • Experience managing large digital advertising budgets and performance-driven campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical, project management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Automotive marketing experience and leadership experience are a plus.
