About the role:

As an Operations Account Manager, you will be a strategic partner. You will communicate with the Instrumentation and Controls (I&C) and Westinghouse Parts Business (WPB) Business Units (BU) partners. You will report to the Manager, ESC Account Management, I&C/WPB and be located at our Cranberry Township, PA location. Hybrid Work Schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct supply chain requirements, planning, and activities related to assigned BU segment fulfillment activities and offers

  • Build relationships with I&C/WPB partner teams and identify where we can bring value to the BUs.

  • Lead members of commercial, operations and Supplier Performance teams to support delivery on fulfillment activities for I&C/WPB

  • Review open PO line items and help prioritize activities based on feedback from I&C/WPB operations teams

  • Resolve our Escalation Register issues submitted by the I&C/WPB BUs

  • Evaluate metrics for I&C/WPB partners with focus on on-time delivery.

  • Develop and implement process improvements to improve BU support.

  • Coordinate execution of procurements for I&C and WPB

  • Oversee our scope for I&C/WPB and lead understanding of BU leadership to meet their supply chain expectations.

  • Oversee Get to Green and Escalation process execution for I&C/WPB.

  • Lead the expediting team and provide daily leadership of group.

  • Lead end-to-end supply chain strategies, in close collaboration with the BU-segment partners, to ensure spend owners to maximize value

  • Coordinate with a centralized Commercial team to best serve the BU's 3rd party requirements.

  • Coordinate with centralized Operations team to oversee regional Procure-to-Pay transactional processes and escalate and lead issue resolutions.

  • Support suppliers' accountability for cost, schedule, and quality, aid in escalations to ensure you take actions promptly.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of experience in in global technical firm, with experience in business operations, account management, project management, and supply chain supporting departments with progressively responsible leadership positions.

  • Experience in the Nuclear industry preferred.

  • Engineering Procurement Construction sales and delivery supply chain experience preferred.
