Job description

Assists the Division and Summer Camp Scholarship Program Coordinators with tasks related to the Summer Camp Scholarship Program. This role includes significant administrative and clerical tasks in support of the Summer Camp Scholarship Program. Assists with coordinating summer camp intake outreach for parents and provides technical support. This position requires the ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines. Reviews provider and parent applications for compliance and eligibility documentation. Assists with data entry; provides customer service to summer camp providers and families, in person, via telephone, and/or email. Screens and routes phone calls and email communications to Program Coordinator if unable to assist the parent(s) or provider(s). Conducts campsite monitoring to ensure compliance with all requirements and submit related documentation to Program Coordinators.
QUALIFICATIONS
This position requires qualified applicants to possess the following:
• Graduation from high school or an equivalent recognized certification.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred qualifications include:
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook),
• Experience organizing filing systems and documentation,
• Experience working in a team environment with a keen eye for detail, and
• Bi/trilingual (English/Spanish/Creole).
