Yokozuna is an Asian restaurant and sushi bar located in Downtown Tulsa and South Tulsa. From sushi to Asian fusion dishes and a vibrant entree menu, Yoko offers something for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to prepare a variety of menu items, using grills, ovens, and other equipment.
  • Ensure food is cooked to the correct temperature and meets quality standards.
  • Work effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation.
  • Uphold safety and sanitation standards.
  • Portion and quality control.
  • A minimum of one year of cooking experience.
  • Strong knife skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Willingness to learn new sushi rolling techniques.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Must provide a THD Food Handler.
