Job description

Entranosa Water Association is in search of a new Chief Executive Officer. Entranosa Water is located in the East Mountains of Albuquerque New Mexico and is the largest member owned water cooperative in the State with over 5,400 members. Entranosa operates the system with a staff of 14 and generates revenues of $4.5 million. Under the direction of an elected 7-member Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) supervises a System Manager, Finance Manager and Business Manager. The CEO is responsible for all facets of the operation, including: annual budget, capital projects, long-term planning and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in utility administration along with either a bachelor's degree from a four-year institution or a Water Supply Certification Level 4 or equivalency. Preference will be given to an East Mountain or Albuquerque resident.
