Expectations & Commitments

• One week onboarding
• 90 days of immersive training  
• 7, 30, and 45-day performance assessments 
• Receptive to the opportunity to be coached and consult with our experienced team leaders
• Make a commitment to attend our weekly sales meetings and a 3-day training schedule, enhancing your skills and knowledge every week from 9:30 am to 10:30 am
• 1-year term with this position once completely trained
• Good standing license

$100,000 at plan commission

• Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.

• Experience in real estate sales, with a focus on buyer representation, is essential.
• Ability to guide clients through the home-buying process with professionalism and empathy.
• Proven track record of converting high-intent leads into successful transactions.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with transaction and showing teams.
• Proficiency in leveraging social media platforms to generate organic leads.
• Commitment to daily role-playing and feedback sessions to enhance client engagement skills.
