Full-Time | Multiple Job Sites

Company: Crown Capital MGMT LLC

Salary Range: $45,000 – $60,000 annually, based on experience and certifications

Crown Capital MGMT LLC provides centralized management, safety, and operational support to a portfolio of construction companies specializing in roofing, waterproofing, and related trades. Safety is a core business requirement—not a formality. We are seeking a Safety Monitor to serve as a dedicated field presence across active job sites, ensuring consistent enforcement of safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Position Summary
The Safety Monitor is responsible for monitoring job-site activities to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company safety programs, and project-specific requirements. This role operates in the field, interacting daily with crews and supervisors, and plays a critical role in risk prevention, documentation, and safety accountability.

Spanish fluency is required due to regular interaction with Spanish-speaking field personnel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor active construction job sites to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies

  • Conduct routine safety inspections, audits, and field observations

  • Identify unsafe conditions or behaviors and initiate immediate corrective action

  • Provide on-site safety coaching and direction to field crews

  • Verify proper use, placement, and condition of safety equipment and PPE

  • Document safety observations, incidents, corrective actions, and follow-up measures

  • Work with supervisors and project leadership to reinforce safety expectations

  • Promote a proactive, prevention-focused safety culture across all supported companies

  • Stay current on construction safety standards and industry best practices

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (required)

  • Prior experience in construction safety, job-site monitoring, or a similar field-based role

  • Strong knowledge of OSHA and construction safety requirements

  • Ability to assess risk and act decisively in active job-site environments

  • Clear, confident communication skills with field crews and leadership

  • Strong documentation and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently across multiple locations

  • Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification

  • CPR/First Aid certification

  • Experience in roofing, waterproofing, or commercial construction environments
