Minimum qualifications:
- 1 year of related work experience
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, HRIS or other data entry systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 2 years of experience in recruiting, recruiting coordination or related area

- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of employment laws
- Bilingual English/Spanish or English/French
- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills
