Job Title: Client Success Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA

The Role:
We are seeking a Client Success Manager who can manage Sciera's contractual obligations to our clients, as well as turn ad-hoc client requests or needs into data-driven solutions. This person is comfortable gathering and interpreting large datasets, then making prompt decisions based on their findings. They are also comfortable presenting to, and communicating with top-level executives. The ideal candidate will be extremely detail oriented, organized, and curious.
What You'll be Doing:
50% - Analyst:
  • Interpret and convey operationally-driven insights derived from standard reports.
  • Utilize knowledge of internal databases and SQL to query and analyze data when ad hoc analysis is required.
  • Develop and implement internal reporting and dashboards to enhance operational visibility and efficiency.
  • Ensure all reports and ad-hoc analyses are accurate and error-free.

30% - Project Manager:
  • Manage the execution of Sciera's annual and monthly contractual obligations to clients.
  • Define project timelines, allocate resources, and establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure successful achievement of client objectives.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with multiple clients, providing timely updates on various projects concurrently.
  • Collaborate closely with a team of data engineers and analysts involved in project execution.

20% - Client Strategist:
  • Engage with clients to understand their requirements and articulate problem statements.
  • Lead end-to-end solution implementation encompassing data collection, delivery, and reporting.

Qualifications:
  • Strong independent problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical project management, demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Proficiency (1-2 years) in SQL for database querying and analysis.
  • Comfortable interpreting and analyzing spreadsheets, charts, dashboards, or other data formats.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Capable of making informed decisions in ambiguous or dynamic situations.
  • Preferred background in the Telecom industry (Comcast,Charter, Cox), though not required.
