Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate, detailed, and profitable restoration estimates using Xactimate.
  • Perform job-site inspections and accurately determine scope, materials, labor, and repairs.
  • Estimate water, fire, mold, storm, and reconstruction projects.
  • Work directly with adjusters, clients, Project Managers, and subcontractors.
  • Prepare supplements and resolve scope discrepancies with insurance carriers.
  • Maintain complete documentation in XactAnalysis, DASH, and other required platforms.
  • Ensure estimates are accurate, timely, and aligned with project profitability.
  • Support the sales and production teams with professional estimating and scope guidance.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of construction estimating experience required.
  • Advanced Xactimate experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of restoration, construction materials, labor, and building practices.
  • Proven experience with insurance claims, supplements, and carrier requirements.
  • XactAnalysis experience preferred.
  • IICRC certification preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple estimates and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
