Job Description

The Zero Bond Food Server is responsible for elevating the dining experience for our members and adding value to our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of food and beverage, exceptional customer service skills, and a commitment to embodying the Zero Bond spirit and standards. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Greet all members & guests warmly and professionally, acknowledging special occasions, preferences, and membership notes. 
  • Guide members through the menu by suggesting food highlights, seasonal dishes, wine pairings, and cocktail recommendations. 
  • Execute the full sequence of service with professionalism in alignment with Zero Bond's standards. 
  • Maintain complete knowledge of all food and beverage offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods and dietary accommodations. 
  • Responsible for taking food/beverage orders and carrying out wine/beverage service. 
  • Perform table maintenance with a silent and anticipatory approach. 
  • Ensure members receive an equal experience in both dining room and lounge environments. 
  • Deliver cocktail service, bottle service, food service with hospitality and professionalism. 
  • Collaborate closely with hosts, managers, and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service. 
  • Complete all opening, running, and closing duties.  
  • Uphold Clark County Health Department standards. 
  • Proactively anticipate and respond to guest needs and inquiries with a sense of urgency. 
  • Maintain professionalism and composure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. 
  • Adapt to diverse members, from casual diners to high-profile clientele. 
  • Bid farewell to members by name when possible, encouraging return visits. 
  • Attend all required training sessions and pre-shift briefings to stay informed of daily priorities, new offerings, and member notes. 
  • Stay knowledgeable of hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to answer guest inquiries accurately. 
Qualifications

Job Qualifications  

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a server in an upscale, high-volume, or fine dining restaurant. 
  • Must be 21 years of age or older. 
  • High School diploma or equivalent. 
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Clark County Food Handler Safety Training Card and Alcohol Awareness (TAM) card prior to start date. 
  • Strong wine, spirit, and cocktail knowledge including varietals, vintages, ingredients, garnishes, and service techniques. 
  • Ability to confidently describe menu items and make informed recommendations and pairings. 
  • Familiarity with dietary restrictions and special requests. 
  • Experience with POS systems (micros preferred)  
  • Strong multitasking ability under pressure while maintaining guest focus and attention to detail. 
  • Exceptional communication skills in English; fluency in a second language is a plus. 
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, contributing positively to venue culture. 
  • Demonstrate understanding of luxury hospitality cues and ability to anticipate guest needs. 
  • Bottle service experience preferred but not required. 
  • Willingness to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. 
  • Must be comfortable in a high-energy, fast-paced, and occasionally loud environment. 
  • Polished grooming, professional posture, and appearance in accordance with Wynn standards. 
  • Makeup, grooming, and style should remain in line with current fashion standards and management expectations. 
  • Ability to maintain an upbeat, approachable, and professional demeanor. 

Physical Requirements & Benefits 

  • Must be able to work on your feet for at least 10 hours per shift. 
  • Ability to seize, grasp, turn, and hold objects with hands for extended periods. 
  • Fast-paced movements required to navigate from one area of the club to another quickly and efficiently. 
  • Must be able to regularly lift and carry up to 35 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs. 
  • Occasional environmental exposure to heat, cold, water, and outdoor conditions. 
  • Must be able to bend, kneel, crouch, climb stairs, and move with agility as service demands. 
  • Work in a smoking environment.
