WVNET is seeking an organized, collaborative, and technology-driven professional to serve as the WVROCKS Program Enrollment Manager. WVROCKS is a statewide initiative that expands educational access by connecting students with online courses and programs offered by West Virginia's colleges and universities.

About the Role
The WVROCKS Program Enrollment Manager serves as a key operational leader supporting the daily administration and continuous improvement of the WVROCKS program. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this position coordinates enrollment processes, student support services, technology platforms, data reporting, and stakeholder communications.
The successful candidate will work closely with students, faculty, institutional partners, and WVNET staff to ensure the seamless delivery of statewide online learning opportunities.
What You'll Do
As the WVROCKS Program Enrollment Manager, you will:
• Manage student enrollment, registration, course participation, and records administration.
• Administer Salesforce, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other program technologies.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor enrollment trends, student success metrics, and overall program performance.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and effective system administration.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for students, instructors, and participating institutions.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, user support, and communications.
• Prepare invoices, coordinate instructor payments, and support program logistics.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate workflows, and enhance the student experience.
• Collaborate with WVNET and higher education partners to support the continued growth of WVROCKS.

Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Education, Higher Education Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent combinations of education and directly related experience will be considered.
Qualified candidates will typically possess:
• Three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in higher education administration, student services, operations management, project coordination, systems administration, or a related field.
• Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Experience supporting Student Information Systems (SIS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), or enterprise applications.
• Experience preparing reports, maintaining records, and analyzing operational data.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based technologies.
