The Role

As a Talent Partner, you own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles—driving hiring outcomes from intake through offer acceptance. You’ll build pipelines, assess talent, and partner closely with hiring leaders to make strong, timely hiring decisions while delivering a consistent candidate experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance
  • Partner with hiring managers to define needs and drive hiring decisions
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates aligned to role requirements
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
  • Manage candidate engagement and process momentum
  • Use recruiting data to adjust strategy and improve results

What We’re Looking For

Minimum qualifications: Associate degree + 1–3 years of experience (or equivalent experience)

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • HR certification
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Strong comfort with data and reporting

  • FullTime (40 hours/week)
  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • On site at our Endwell, NY, Saddle Brook, NJ , or Reading, PA 
Compensation

$23.00 – $30.00 per hour
(Hiring rate based on experience, education, geographic location, and relevant skills)
