We are currently seeking a Scalehouse Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who values accuracy, communication, organization, and supporting a safe, efficient operation in a fast-paced environment.

The Scalehouse Administrator is responsible for supporting daily scalehouse and administrative operations by maintaining accurate paperwork, entering trailer and carrier data, communicating with yard and office personnel, and helping ensure the smooth flow of inbound and outbound activity. This role plays an important part in supporting transportation coordination, documentation accuracy, and operational efficiency.

• 2-2-3 schedule.

• 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM.

• Night shift position.

• Starting pay: $16.00/hour.

• Additional $2.00/hour night premium.

• Medical coverage with 80% of the premium paid by the company.
