Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by consistently working target accounts.
  • Generate revenue through new account acquisition and by growing digital investment from existing clients.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, with post-sale collaboration for long-term client success.
  • Develop and present customized, performance-focused digital marketing solutions, including (but not limited to): Streaming/OTT, Paid Search and SEO, Online Video and Display, Social Media Advertising and Attribution and Analytics-Driven Solutions.
  • Prepare, analyze, and recommend digital marketing strategies that achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication via phone, video conferencing, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and account stewardship.
  • Provide accurate traffic instructions and support account maintenance, including post-campaign reporting.
  • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development programs.
  • Utilize CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to manage daily activity, pipeline development, forecasting, and reporting.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in new business development, outside sales, or media/digital advertising sales.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth through digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, customer attribution, and performance metrics.
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong prospecting, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Tech-savvy with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
  • Experience selling digital advertising solutions in a local or regional media environment.
  • Knowledge of integrating digital campaigns with television, streaming, or multi-platform media strategies.
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding sales goals.
