Position Description

This is an onsite position based in Rancho Santa Margarita, California.

The Corporate Communications Specialist supports and manages a variety of editing and copy development projects across multiple platforms for various audiences. In collaboration with cross-functional and global teams, the Corporate Communications Specialist develops clear, consistent messaging that supports our product and procedural initiatives. This role contributes to brand alignment, message clarity, and audience engagement by applying strong writing, editing and communication strategy skills to achieve organizational objectives. 

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Assist with developing and editing product and procedural messaging for websites, collateral, trade shows, advertising campaigns, videos, and other communications channels.
  • Proofread and refine clinical education materials, including course presentations, procedural guides and instructional videos.
  • Support internal stakeholders with the creation of audience-focused materials and the use of effective communications channels.
  • Ensure all communications align with Applied Medical’s voice and tone, brand standards, and internal style guidelines.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of communication processes and workflows.
