Youll collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and leadership staff to help us win new work and strengthen our brand presence.

Role Expectations:

  • Assist in preparing, editing, and formatting proposals
  • Maintain proposal calendars, track deadlines, and ensure timely submission of all required documents.
  • Gather and organize content from technical staff, including resumes, project descriptions, and technical narratives.
  • Support the development of proposal templates,
  • Help manage internal proposal libraries and ensure content is accurate and up to date.
  • Act as a liaison between engineering and marketing
