Job description

Digital Engagement Specialist (DEBCC)
Through Leading Youth Through Empowerment, this member will support DEBCC's organizational efforts to improve digital outreach, branding consistency, and audience engagement. The member will assist in developing social media strategy tools, training resources, content planning systems, and analytics tracking processes that strengthen the organization's long-term communications capacity. Through these efforts, the member will help enhance the organization's ability to connect with community members, partners, and stakeholders online.
Member Duties : Assist in developing a social media strategy toolkit aligned with organizational goals and outreach priorities. Create and organize content calendar templates to support consistent digital engagement. Develop training guides and resources that support sustainable social media management practices. Support the creation of performance tracking systems to evaluate reach, engagement, and audience growth. Conduct audits of current digital platforms and provide recommendations for improvement and accessibility.
