What is a writers room remote?

A Writers Room Remote refers to a collaborative group of writers who work together on scripts, story development, or other writing projects, but do so virtually rather than in person. Writers communicate and brainstorm via video calls, shared documents, and other online tools to develop storylines and scripts as a team. SEO Customer Success Manager - Enterprise Accounts

On-site, Remote

Job description

This role is remote and open to only to US candidates working in EST or CST
LinkGraph is the client services arm of Search Atlas, which is a built the all-in-one agentic marketing platform, AI-native from day one. LinkGraph is where that platform meets real client work, run by agents you build and direct, not a room full of people doing it by hand.
We're looking for someone to own a portfolio of enterprise SEO clients end to end, the relationship, the renewal, and the AI agents that run the account, so you spend your time on strategy instead of busywork. If AI tools feel optional to you, this role will be a hard adjustment.
What you'll own
  • Your own book of enterprise SEO clients. You're their person, and their results are yours.
  • Retention: That's the job. You build the relationships and the reporting that make renewals an easy yes.
  • The upsell before the client asks. You know their account well enough to see the next opportunity coming.
  • Strategy from the data. You read the numbers, spot the opening, and tell the client exactly what to do next.
  • The agents and workflows that run your accounts. Reporting, monitoring, recommendations, if it can be automated, you build the agent that does it.
You'll thrive here if...
  • You've owned a renewal conversation and won it. You know what a healthy account looks like before a churn risk ever shows up in a report.
  • You know SEO cold. Technical, on-page, algorithm shifts. You can explain any of it to a skeptical enterprise stakeholder.
  • You've already built something real with Claude Code, and you'd rather stand up an agent than do the same task twice.
  • You don't wait to be told what to do. You see the gap and you move.
  • Deadlines don't rattle you. Ambiguity doesn't either.
  • You can laugh at a chaotic week on Friday and mean it.
What we're looking for
  • 3 to 5+ years owning enterprise client relationships in a Customer Success or Account Management capacity. Non-negotiable, this is a retention and relationship role first.
  • Deep, hands-on SEO expertise. Non-negotiable. You can't manage what you can't do yourself.
  • You've built and shipped something with AI, and you're already working this way every day. Not curious about it.
  • Strong written and verbal communication. You present results to enterprise clients and hold the room.
  • Remote, and comfortable running your book independently.
What working here actually looks like
High expectations. Real ownership. Things change fast and we don't apologize for it. You'll work with smart people who push you, a product that keeps getting better, and a team that's genuinely building something new.
We'll probably give you more to own than you expected. That's on purpose.
We use AI every day, across every function. That's just how we work.
About LinkGraph
LinkGraph is the client services side of Search Atlas. We work with clients directly, hands on, to implement and scale the strategies our platform is built for. Same intensity. Same standards. Backed by the same AI native infrastructure.
About Search Atlas
We're the all-in-one agentic marketing platform, AI-native from day one. Our tools help marketing teams move faster, make smarter decisions, and do more with less. We're defining a new category and we're looking for people who want to be part of it.
Location: United States - EST or CST
Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 / year
Benefits:
  • Fully Remote work
  • Fully covered health, vision, and dental insurance
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Paid parental leave
  • Personal development budget
  • Lasik eye surgery benefit (Yup, we'll pay for you to have perfect vision!)
  • Pet health insurance (2 pets per employee)
Our Recruitment Process
  1. Initial screening call with our recruitment team
  2. Technical assessment to showcase your skills
  3. Interview with our Hiring Manager
  4. Final interview with our Leadership
  5. Offer extended
