Summary:
Assists in processing medication orders and medication preparation under the supervision of a registered pharmacist. Performs clerical or other technical functions which support the provision of quality pharmacy services to patients and other departments. Maintains pharmaceutical stock to determine inventory level, places and expedites orders, and reads medication orders, and prescriptions. Prepares labels, calculates quantities, and assembles intravenous solutions, and other pharmaceutical therapies.
