Job description

The Amazon Fuse team spearheads worldwide distribution efforts for third-party partners on behalf of Prime Video and Prime. As a burgeoning business, we are continuously extending our distribution reach by launching new service offerings with partners around the world. To accomplish our objectives, we require dedicated team members who can help us navigate this dynamic landscape.
Fuse Billing Operations team is looking for a customer obsessed Sr

Program Manager with a strong track-record of delivering results and project management experience to support our Pre-Launch and Post-Launch Program Operations.
From the Pre-Launch perspective, this involves end-to-end ownership of billing launch mechanisms. We require an individual with a passion for Finance and ability to demonstrate ownership. This role will participate in operational deal reviews (e.g., pricing and tax rates), launches, and ensure invoicing and payment mechanisms are setup timely and accurately in accordance with billing requirements for each locale and/or deal

This role will also develop billing SOPs and metrics, manage automation roadmap, and act as the team's operational interface for billing launch issues. This role will require regular engagement and alignment with business development, finance, accounting, tax, finance operations, product/engineering teams, and external partners. involves resolving data discrepancies spread across multiple distinct/standalone systems.

To achieve this goal, the program manager will engage with internal and external stakeholders to explore all the elements of these discrepancies, identify the root-cause, and implement solutions to correct the discrepancies, bringing all the systems to a defect-free state.
From the Post-Launch perspective, which involves resolving data discrepancies spread across multiple distinct/standalone systems. The program manager will also develop mechanisms to reduce the number of defects and scale this program across our business. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous and demanding work environment is critical to success in this role

Candidates are expected to have sufficient finance and billing operations experience to assess issues and requirements; and strong program management skill to help the team identify and incorporate solutions into the systems or tools that our team uses to support the business. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required along with the ability to anticipate, identify, and communicate risks to accounting, finance, tax, legal, business and leadership. Successful candidates for this position must have a proven record of delivering results through strong program management skills, creative problem solving skills, financial process and system knowledge, and a passion for customer experience.
