Summary of Role:

We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to serve as our Director of Modern Workplace Solutions. This role is responsible for driving the transformation of our digital workplace, enhancing employee productivity, collaboration, and engagement through cutting-edge technologies and innovative practices. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-centric workplace solutions that align with business goals.

Essential Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a modern workplace strategy that supports hybrid work, digital collaboration, and employee experience

Lead the implementation and optimization of platforms such as Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and other productivity tools

Oversee enterprise-wide adoption of digital workplace technologies, ensuring alignment with security, compliance, and governance standards

Partner with HR, IT, and business units to identify opportunities for automation, self-service, and digital enablement

Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging technologies to continuously improve workplace capabilities

Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the impact of workplace initiatives on employee productivity and satisfaction

Champion change management and training programs to drive user adoption and cultural transformation

Ensure seamless integration of workplace tools with existing infrastructure and business applications

Other Responsibilities:

Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)

10+ years of experience in IT leadership, digital transformation, or workplace technology roles

Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide technology initiatives

Deep understanding of modern workplace platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, collaboration tools)

  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Copilot and development of Copilot agents

Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, compliance, and data governance in workplace environments

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

Experience with agile methodologies and change management frameworks

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic workplace technology roadmaps that align with organizational goals and drive measurable outcomes

Expertise in fostering cross-functional collaboration to support scalable technology deployments and continuous improvement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in Microsoft 365, ITIL, or related technologies

Experience with AI-driven productivity tools and digital experience platforms

Familiarity with employee experience metrics and digital workplace analytics

Expected Salary Range

$154,500.00 - $297,400.00
