Now Hiring 2nd shift Warehouse LeadLocation: West York, PA$22 to $25/hourTraining on 1st Shift (7AM–3:30PM) → Move to 2nd Shift (3:30PM–12AM

Working Lead of a small warehouse team and keep operations running smooth and efficient.

This is a hands-on role—you’ll be working alongside your team daily.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead a team of 5–8 warehouse associates
  • Pick orders using order picker equipment
  • Load/unload trucks and pack shipments
  • Handle inventory control and order accuracy
  • Complete paperwork and quality checks
  • Receive materials and distribute deliveries
  • Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe
  • Operate forklift / cherry picker equipment
Requirements
  • 3+ years warehouse experience
  • Leadership or team lead experience
  • Forklift / material handling equipment experience
  • Knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory
  • Able to lift, carry, and work on feet
  • English (read/write/speak)
  • High School Diploma or GED
Work Environment
  • Non-climate controlled warehouse
  • Racking up to 30 ft high
  • Team-based, fast-paced environment
  • Steel-toe boots required
  • No phones or earbuds on floor

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
