As a member of our remote team, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and support staff, to ensure integrated and effective treatment plans. Our virtual platform allows for real-time communication, clinical discussions, and ongoing team support, leading to a cohesive care strategy that prioritizes client needs.

• Facilitate virtual individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Develop and adjust personalized treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and client progress documentation, ensuring a responsive approach to care.
• Engage in collaborative case management with multidisciplinary teams, integrating feedback and insights from various stakeholders in the treatment process.
• Maintain thorough, confidential documentation of client interactions, interventions, and progress to support high-quality care standards.
• Utilize evidence-based methods for diagnostic evaluations, ensuring robust treatment planning aligned with best practices.

You will work predominantly with individuals undergoing detoxification, a critical phase in the recovery from substance use disorders. Your role will be essential in providing emotional support and crisis intervention while fostering a safe and understanding environment conducive to healing. You will address a range of issues such as co-occurring mental health disorders, offering comprehensive strategies for both immediate and long-term recovery.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A current Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Massachusetts.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience post-licensure in therapeutic settings.
• Strong diagnostic assessment and treatment planning skills.
• A commitment to ethical and culturally responsive care that respects diverse client backgrounds.

• Experience working in substance use treatment or addiction recovery settings.
• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and practices.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care approaches.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate and manage complex client cases.
