Location: Hoosick Falls, NY

Shift: 10:30 PM โ€“ 7:00 AM, 2:30PM โ€“ 11:00PM

(40 hrs/week, 30-min lunch)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating production equipment, maintaining product quality, and supporting plant operations. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and performing physical tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate production equipment and assist in product cleaning processes
  • Load reroller, clean film, and place finished rolls on designated racks
  • Inspect materials and remove defects using cleaning tools or splicing methods
  • Monitor product quality and perform necessary tests
  • Move raw materials and finished goods safely within the facility
  • Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
  • Maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods
  • Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization using 5S standards
  • Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency
  • Assist with training and support other team members when needed

Basic Qualifications
