Job Summary

Are you someone who enjoys helping others and working in a team-oriented environment? We’re looking for a dependable General Kitchen Worker to support patient meal services. In this role, you’ll report to the Operations Manager, and work closely with the kitchen team to ensure meals are prepared, handled, and delivered safely and efficiently while providing excellent service to patients and staff.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist with patient meal service, including tray assembly and delivery support
  • Follow written instructions, menus, and meal tickets accurately
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen and work environment
  • Practice proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
  • Provide friendly, respectful, and professional service to patients, staff, and visitors
  • Support overall kitchen operations and work collaboratively with team members
  • Use basic computer skills to check email and complete required trainings

What You Bring

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience

  • Previous food service, hospitality, or healthcare experience strongly preferred

Licensure and/or Certification

  • None required

Skills & Abilities

  • Knowledge of safe and sanitary food handling practices
