Overview
Looking for a Freelance Workfront Developer to design, build, and maintain customized Adobe Workfront solutions, focusing on workflows, integrations (especially with Workfront Fusion), custom forms, reports, and system administration to streamline project management and business processes. Key duties involve configuring the platform, developing automations, managing user access, analyzing business requirements, and ensuring system integrity and adoption.
Your Impact:
  • Configuration & Customization: Set up custom forms, request queues, layout templates, user roles, and security settings.
  • Workflow Development: Design and implement complex workflows, templates, and processes to optimize project delivery.
  • Integrations: Build and maintain integrations with other systems e.g. AEM, Creative Cloud) using connectors/APIs and Workfront Fusion for automation.
  • Development experience of AEM is a huge plus
  • Reporting: Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable data and insights.
  • System Administration: Manage user access, data governance, system updates, and overall platform health.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather requirements, provide expert guidance, communicate technical solutions, and train users.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain system documentation for configurations and processes.
  • Must be able to code and take a in person coding assesment.

Note this is a Full time 40 hour a week contract role for the duration of the project.
Adobe product and Marketing technologies experience is important.
Banking experience is a plus.
This role is Remote - EST/CST hours but must be located near a Sapient office (Atlanta, Boston, New York, Chicago, Arlington) due to onsite interview and onsite coding assesment.
Qualifications
Your Skills & Experience:
  • Deep knowledge of Adobe Workfront platform & administration.
  • Proficiency in Workfront Fusion for automation.
  • API integration experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and training abilities.
  • Experience with Scaled Agile methodologies
  • Experience with scripting (HTML, SQL) is often beneficial.
