Job Summary (Responsibilities and Requirements):
Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Manage day-to-day operations of the Contingent Workforce Program
โ€ข Support managers on CW policies, guidelines, and procedures
โ€ข Review and approve new worker requests
โ€ข Act as the first escalation point for CW-related issues
โ€ข Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
โ€ข Partner with internal teams on audits and special projects
โ€ข Maintain and update process documentation
Required Skills & Experience:
โ€ข 2-3 years in contingent workforce, staffing, or HR operations
โ€ข Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
โ€ข Experience with Workday, VNDLY, ServiceNow (preferred)
โ€ข Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills
โ€ข Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
