The Brand PMO - Value Bath is the liaison between the Tissue Value Stream team and the assigned business unit (Family Care/Pro Value Bath) for projects. The position provides strategic oversight for the assigned business unit's portfolio of projects. Project types include capacity, innovation, cost savings, safety/sustainability, quality, and/or replacement. In this role, you will provide project management leadership for the successful commercialization of assigned projects, ensuring projects are safely executed on time and within budget to meet or exceed established success criteria and quality expectations. Specific project management scope includes, but is not limited to, timeline creation and management, risk management, business case development, and stakeholder management.

About You

  • In one of our professional roles, you'll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. Job responsibilities include:

  • Provide program management services across KCNA for the commercialization of safety, quality, innovation, and capacity programs

  • Follow Program Management Best Practices, including timeline management, risk assessment plans, action item management, roles and responsibilities, and interactive planning sessions

  • Lead project capital funding authorization, including development of business case

  • Ensure programs achieve the desired outcome in terms of scope, schedule, cost and quality expectations

  • Ensure transparency of project progress, risks and mitigation strategies

  • Act as key liaison to plant teams relative to program execution plans

  • Provide supply chain expertise and support for assigned projects, leading supply chain assessments at key project milestones and acting as the liaison between plant and staff for projects

  • Conduct leadership project reviews and status updates including escalation of roadblocks and remove barriers for project teams through effective decision analysis and influencing upward

  • Lead PMO continuous improvement efforts by participating in team engagement sessions and helping to create training, standards and processes to advance the team's purpose

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or related discipline

  • 7 years or more of experience in increasingly broader technical, operational, or supply chain roles with a demonstrated track record of achievement and growth in leadership

  • Ability to travel up to 15%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working for a global, highly matrixed, Consumer Packaged Goods company

  • Manufacturing and/or supply chain experience

  • Experience coordinating a cross functional team to achieve a goal

  • Prior experience that required influencing leaders outside of administrative authority

  • Basic P&L understanding and business case development

  • Strong communication skills

Salary Range: 105,740 - 130,620 USDAt Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience.
