What You'll Do:

  • Oversee a team of DOT CDL Drivers, Administrative Support, Material Handlers, and Sales Associates within an assigned geographic area.
  • Ensure workplace safety and compliance with all DOT regulations and federal, state, and local laws.
  • Drive operational efficiency—from inventory management to customer service excellence.
  • Foster collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure seamless delivery of products.
  • Lead hiring, coaching, and performance management to build a high-performing team.
  • Manage expenses, logistics, and workforce planning for optimal productivity.

What You'll Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in distribution/warehouse operations (bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Strong leadership skills—ability to engage employees and set clear goals.
  • Expertise in process improvement, problem-solving, and efficiency optimization.
  • Customer-centric mindset—ensuring timely, safe, and accurate order fulfillment.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate based on the position requirements and market data. Actual compensation will depend on factors including experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, and other job-related considerations. BlueLinx also offers a comprehensive benefits package including health care, dental, vision, life and disability insurance starting the first day of the month, 15 days of paid time off that start accruing your first day, and 8 paid holidays per year.
