This role requires fluency in Spanish and English to effectively support a bilingual field installer population, and combines hands-on HR execution with consultative partnership to management on workforce planning, performance, and employee relations. • Contribute to the development of organizational policies, procedures, and company-wide HR initiatives
  • Communicate company benefits programs to employees, including bilingual open enrollment support
  • Support company training and safety initiatives across assigned business units
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR administrative processes meet compliance standards

  • Customer-focused attitude with a high level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Experience with HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, Excel, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across business units
  • Able to work independently with minimal guidance in a fast-paced, decentralized environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Working knowledge of federal and multi-state employment law (FMLA, EEO, ADA, wage and hour, etc.)
  • Experience in construction, live events, or the events installation industry preferred
  • Experience supporting a multi-state or field-based workforce preferred
