The HR Operations Analyst is responsible for maximizing HRIS (ADP Workforce Now) capabilities, delivering workforce analytics, and ensuring effective governance across HR systems and programs. This role serves as the operational backbone of the HR function and works closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, and business leaders to improve efficiency, reporting accuracy, and employee experience.

The successful candidate will bring deep ADP WorkforceNow expertise, strong analytical skills, and a track record of leading process improvement and system optimization initiatives. While not required, experience with project management and Lean methodologies is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

HRIS Leadership

  • Serve as the primary owner and administrator of the HRIS (ADP Workforce Now) ecosystem.
  • Manage and administer onboarding, employee status changes, and offboarding processes as the primary point of contact.
  • Conduct assessment of current-state HR systems, processes, and data integrity.
  • Lead configuration, optimization, testing, and deployment of HRIS enhancements.
  • Drive implementation and adoption of performance management modules and related technology solutions.
  • Develop and maintain an HR technology roadmap aligned with business priorities.
  • Establish governance standards for security, data integrity, user access, and system administration.
  • Manage HRIS vendors and external partners.


HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Design and maintain workforce dashboards and KPI reporting utilizing Power BI and other reporting tools.
  • Develop executive-level reporting for Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Deliver workforce insights related to headcount, turnover, hiring, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Support ad-hoc reporting and analytics requests from executives, HR leaders, and Finance.
  • Ensure reporting consistency and data quality across all HR systems.


 Workforce Planning & Operations

  • Partner with Finance and HR leaders to support headcount management and workforce planning.
  • Maintain organizational and position management structures.
  • Support workforce forecasting and reporting requirements.
  • Drive operational excellence across HR processes and workflows.


Compliance, Governance & M&A Support

  • Support and maintain HR data governance and data management standards.
  • Support HR compliance initiatives, audits, and reporting requirements.
  • Participate in acquisitions, integrations, and organizational restructuring activities.
  • Lead HRIS and employee data integration efforts associated with mergers and acquisitions.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment, data privacy, and record retention requirements.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR Operations, HRIS, Workforce Analytics, or related experience.
  • Strong experience with HRIS (ADP Workforce Now) administration and optimization (Workday, UKG, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar).
  • Advanced Power BI, reporting, and workforce analytics capabilities.
  • Experience supporting organizational growth, transformation, or M&A activity a plus.
  • Strong project management, process design, and change management skills.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, Agile, or related certification a plus.
  • Experience within life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, or other regulated industries preferred.
