POSITION OVERVIEW
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for full-lifecycle recruitment for corporate and
leadership positions across all of our retail powersport locations. Will build out processes,
establish best practices, hiring compliance in ADP Workforce Now RM ATS recruiting system.
Focusing on attracting, sourcing and hiring top talent General Managers, Department Managers
and corporate office.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruiting Execution & Sourcing
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manages full-cycle recruiting for corporate requisitions and Leadership retail dealership roles.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Proactively build talent pipelines through direct sourcing,
    headhunting, industry networking, and leveraging specialized power sport/automotive
    channels.
  • Hiring Manager Partnership: Consults directly with Executives, Regional Directors,
    General Managers and Department Heads to define role requirements, structure
    interview process and establish hiring timelines.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of power sport/automotive retail and corporate trends,
    talent movement to remain competitive and have better hiring strategies.
  • Agency & Vendor Management: Manages relationships with third-party staffing agencies and search firms when necessary; negotiate contracts, fee structures, and vendor SLAs.

Process Design, Best Practices & Compliance Creation
  • Workflow Audits & Standardization: Audits hiring workflows across all business units
    to identify operational gaps, legal compliance risks, and bottlenecks; designs and rolls
    out standardized SOPs, intake forms, and evaluation rubrics.
  • Compliance & Policy Enforcement: Enforces structured hiring disciplines, multi-state employment compliance, and consistent pre-employment standards across all locations; updates standard operating procedures as labor laws evolve.
  • Hiring Manager Enablement: Creates standard interview guides and assessment toolkits to empower managers to conduct consistent, legally compliant interviews.
  • Candidate Experience Standards: Establishes clear communication touchpoints and process to ensure a high-touch candidate experience.

Systems Implementation & HR Technology Optimization
  • ATS Optimization & Implementation: Leads the functional configuration,
    implementation, and optimization of ADP Workforce Now Recruiting Management (RM as the primary enterprise ATS).
  • Workflow Automation & Integration: Configures requisition approval chains, automated candidate communications, job board integrations, and pre-employment workflows (background checks, drug screening, E-Verify, electronic onboarding).
  • Data Integrity & Governance: Enforces ATS data hygiene standards to ensure
    accurate candidate tracking, compliance reporting, and hiring analytics.
  • HR Tech Evaluation: Continually audits and evaluates third-party HR technology tools, AI sourcing applications, and candidate engagement platforms to keep the TA tech stack competitive.

Metrics, Analytics & Continuous Improvement
  • KPI Management & Executive Reporting: Establishes and tracks core TA metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, pipeline health, quality-of-hire, turnover analytics) and presents strategic health dashboards to executive leadership.
  • Funnel & ROI Optimization: Monitors channel conversion rates, candidate experience survey feedback, and diversity metrics to continuously refine talent pipelines and maximize recruitment spend ROI.
  • Operational Support: Supports broader HR operations, cross-functional process implementation, and rapid organizational scaling as needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or equivalent practical work experience.
  • Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with proven track record of placing dealership mid to high level management and corporate roles. Experience withing power sports/automotive dealership groups, multi-unit location highly preferred.
  • Tools & Sourcing: Hands-on expertise implementing or optimizing ATS technology, preferably ADP Workforce Now Recruiting Management, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and proactive direct-sourcing methods.
  • Process Building: Demonstrated track record of designing, building, and scaling talent acquisition processes, workflows, and compliance frameworks from the ground up.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Strong familiarity with federal, state, and multi-state employment laws affecting recruitment, workplace compliance, and pre-employment screening.
  • Autonomy & Drive: Self-starter with high initiative, capable of working independently, managing competing priorities, and driving recruitment initiatives to completion with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptability & Change Management: Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, thrive in evolving environments, and effectively lead organizational change and process adoption across teams.

PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
  • Work Environment: Hybrid office setting located at Chandler, AZ Corporate HQ (Monday-Thursday in-office; Friday remote). Occasional exposure to powersports dealership/retail environments, which may include ambient noise from motorcycles, ATVs, and off-road vehicles.
  • Mobility & Activity: Fast-paced office setting requiring prolonged sitting, computer/screen usage, keyboarding, and telephone communication. Ability to bend, stoop, stand, or move as needed during daily tasks.
  • Physical Effort: Occasional standing, walking, bending, stooping, and light lifting/moving of files or recruitment event materials up to 25 lbs.
  • Travel Expectations: Ability to travel occasionally to retail dealership locations (estimated <10%) to support hiring initiatives, site audits, and operational alignment.
