Job description

Automated Health Systems is seeking a Workforce Specialist to support contact center workforce operations and staffing coordination. This position is remote.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor schedule adherence and staffing levels
  • Assist with workforce reporting and data tracking
  • Provide technical assistance to staff when needed
  • Direct staff to internal support resources
  • Support workforce planning and call queue assignments
  • Troubleshoot operational or staffing issues
  • Assist with reporting and process improvement efforts

Qualifications
  • Associate degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of contact center or human services experience required
  • Strong communication and computer skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and analyze workforce data
