Signal Security is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team. This position plays a vital role in supporting payroll, recruiting, employee onboarding, accounts payable, accounts receivable, benefits administration, and overall office operations.

Primary ResponsibilitiesPayroll Administration
  • Review and process employee onboarding information into ADP
  • Audit payroll records for accuracy before payroll processing
  • Investigate and resolve employee payroll questions
  • Process payroll adjustments and corrections
  • Coordinate payroll approvals with leadership
  • Coordinate payroll check distribution when necessary
Recruiting & Human Resources
  • Assist with recruiting and hiring initiatives
  • Create and maintain online job postings
  • Review applicants and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Process onboarding paperwork and employment documentation
  • Complete I-9 and employment verification requirements
  • Maintain employee personnel files and records
Employee Benefits & Compliance
  • Administer employee benefit eligibility
  • Coordinate payroll deductions for insurance benefits
  • Process employee separations
  • Manage ACA reporting and compliance
  • Process wage garnishments, child support, and income withholding orders
Accounts Receivable & Billing
  • Monitor customer accounts for outstanding balances

Accounts Payable
  • Process vendor invoices through Ramp
  • Monitor invoice approvals and payment status

  • Administer Verizon business phone accounts
