- 4+ years of experience leading work and organization design projects and teams
- 5+ years of experience supporting business development activities, including proposal development and pursuit strategy for client opportunities.
- 2+ years of experience supporting artificial intelligence, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
- 1+ year of experience advising on workforce, work, or organization design implications of artificial intelligence.
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred:
- 6+ years of consulting experience
- 6+ years of experience managing staff and leading small to medium-sized teams
- 6+ years of experience in project management, presentation delivery, and facilitation
