Communicates researchtoleadership.Supports the identificationofworkforce trends andthecommunication of thosetrends to talent supply partners to drive talent outcomes.

Workforce DevelopmentSolutions:Provides solution developmentfor strategic alliances, collaborations, and partnerships with educational and training providers, workforce agencies, community and national organizations, and other employers.Leads assigned projects related to workforce development, pursuing creative responses to novel situations.Works with leadership to conduct competitive intelligence research by developing competitor opportunity lists, by building a knowledge base that evolves along with the organization, byidentifyingfunctional skills in competitor organizations, and by mapping competitor positions.

Workforce Development Program Enablement:Creates andmaintainsprogram documentationincluding;FAQs, Guidebooks, service delivery contracts, trainingagreementsand Registered Apprenticeship standards.Develops opportunities for strategic alliances, collaborations, and partnerships with educational and training providers, workforce agencies, community organizations, and other employers.Advises external partners in the designof programs and processes to educate and equip potential talent for defined needs.

Project Management& Reporting:Define program, project, or processobjectives,identifycustomers/stakeholders and their interests, plan steps, andto coordinateresources toaccomplishgoals andobjectives.Tracks outcomes of workforce development programs andassistswithmultiple projectsin collaboration withvarious COEs includingTalent Acquisition Leadership and other internal stakeholder groups.Utilize metrics to drive results,reportsprogress & outcomes to client leaders.Ability toutilizelabor market reports toadviseworkforce developmentinitiatives.Designtracking mechanisms and manage dashboards for workforce developmentprojects.

Advisor& Coach:Serve as advisor and ambassador of OE services,solutionsand industry best practices to inform and influence business decisions nationally and locallyforinternal business leaders and locally with externalbusiness and educational community partners. Engagesinternalpartners asappropriate inother Service Areas, COEs and practice areas.Supports leadership in the mentoring andorientation, education, and development of Workforce Development colleagues.

Maintains a working knowledgeof applicable Federal, state & local laws/regulations, Trinity Health Integrity & Compliance Program & Code of conduct, as well as other policies & procedurestoensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical & professional behavior.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's or equivalent experience.

7yearsprogressivelymoreresponsibleexperience inworkforce development,talent acquisition,and/ortalent sourcingincluding program design;at least6years inprojectplanning& intervention/solution development & deployment;Specific proven experience withproject management,decision support & data analysis.Demonstrated ability to build andmaintainsuccessful community partnerships.

AdditionalQualifications(nice to have)

Master'sdegree

Experience consultingand working in WorkforceDevelopment, TalentAcquisition,and careerstrategiesacross multiple industries, including healthcare, preferred.

Pay Range- $107,767- $177,816
