Job description

Intuit's Expert Network Real-Time Operations team is seeking a Senior Analyst, Operations Strategy & Execution who is passionate about customer experience, operational excellence, analytics, and innovation at scale.

This role will initially support strategic improvements for the Canada business while helping enable new customer and expert experiences such as Team of Experts and Item Management. As business needs evolve, the strategic areas owned by this role may shift across different business units, experiences, or operating priorities within the Expert Network.

The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of operations, business, systems/process improvement, and analytical skills. This person should be able to independently own a defined operational space, identify improvement opportunities, use data and AI-enabled tools to drive better decisions, and communicate clearly with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.


Responsibilities

  • Own operational strategy and execution for an assigned business area, initially supporting strategic improvements within the Canada business.
  • Drive continuous improvement across customer experience, expert experience, operational efficiency, and business performance.
  • Support the rollout of new operating experiences, including Team of Experts and Item Management, by helping define operating models, workflows, success metrics, governance, and change-management needs.
  • Use operational data, dashboards, reporting tools, and AI-enabled capabilities to identify trends, surface risks, generate insights, and recommend improvements.
  • Partner with Product, Product Development, Service Delivery, Workforce Management, Capacity Planning, Resource Operations, Analytics, and other teams to deliver cross-functional initiatives.
  • Manage senior leadership communication by providing clear updates, recommendations, tradeoffs, risks, and decision points.
  • Translate ambiguous business problems into structured plans, practical solutions, and measurable outcomes.
  • Ensure continuity of existing operations while enabling new capabilities that can scale across the Expert Network.
  • Adapt focus areas as business priorities evolve, while maintaining ownership, clarity, and accountability for assigned initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Real-Time Operations, Workforce Management, Operations Strategy, Business Operations, Business Systems, IT Operations, Contact Center Operations, or a related field.
  • Strong business and operational judgment, with the ability to connect customer, expert, process, system, and business impacts.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using operational data, dashboards, and reporting tools to diagnose performance, identify opportunities, and influence decisions.
  • Experience improving business processes, operating models, workflows, systems, or tooling in a cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to use AI-enabled tools, automation, or emerging technologies to improve insights, efficiency, decision-making, or operational execution.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience preparing recommendations and updates for senior leadership.
  • Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear deliverables, success metrics, action plans, and operating mechanisms.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, make thoughtful tradeoffs, and drive outcomes across teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

The expected base pay range for this position is:
San Diego $129,500 - $175,500
