Job description

Title: Onsite Workforce Supervisor
Pay Rate Range: $30.00 - $35.00/hr DOE
Location: Tolleson, AZ
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday (schedule may vary based on operational needs)

About the Role
Tekberry is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Onsite Workforce Supervisor to support a large manufacturing operation in Tolleson, AZ. This individual will serve as the primary onsite representative for Tekberry, partnering closely with site leadership, HR, employees, recruiting, payroll, and operations teams to ensure workforce stability, employee engagement, attendance accountability, and overall workforce success.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, supporting employees, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Workforce Management & Employee Engagement
  • Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for contingent employees
  • Conduct regular employee check-ins and quality control (QC) touchpoints
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Address employee concerns and escalate issues when appropriate
  • Foster positive working relationships between employees and site leadership
  • Support new hire onboarding and orientation activities
Attendance & Workforce Accountability
  • Monitor attendance, tardiness, and workforce trends
  • Conduct employee outreach regarding attendance concerns
  • Partner with supervisors to address attendance and performance issues
  • Maintain workforce records and attendance reporting
  • Assist with workforce stabilization and retention efforts
Client & Leadership Partnership
  • Build strong relationships with Operations, HR, and site leadership
  • Participate in workforce planning discussions
  • Provide workforce updates and reporting
  • Assist with workforce forecasting and staffing needs
  • Support hiring events and workforce development initiatives
Recruiting & Onboarding Support
  • Partner with recruiting teams to support hiring efforts
  • Assist with hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach activities
  • Coordinate onboarding activities and new hire communication
  • Support workforce ramp initiatives and future hiring needs
Payroll & Administrative Support
  • Assist employees with timekeeping and payroll-related questions
  • Coordinate with Payroll and HR regarding workforce issues
  • Maintain accurate workforce documentation and reporting
  • Support compliance and onboarding requirements
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of workforce management, staffing, HR, recruiting, operations, or employee relations experience
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, production, or industrial environments preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Experience with workforce reporting, attendance tracking, or employee engagement programs preferred
  • Customer-service mindset with a focus on employee and client support
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
