We have an immediate need for a Costpoint Project Setup Intern . Responsibilities Reporting to the Contract Setup Manager, the Costpoint Project Setup Intern will be a contributing member of a fully remote, highly collaborative team that ensures SPA contracts are accurately established and maintained in our Costpoint accounting system. This internship is designed as a learning role: the intern will be trained in how to interpret contract documents and how those documents translate into Costpoint project setups that support effective program execution and accurate billing.

Under close guidance and supervision, the intern will assist with project and contract updates in the Costpoint Projects Module (including basic workforce mapping tasks), review and validate information prepared by other team members, and help maintain clear, organized documentation of setups and modifications. The intern may also support special projects and process-improvement initiatives as business needs arise. The Costpoint Project Setup Intern will learn to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a professional environment, while having the flexibility and support needed to build skills and confidence. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in government contract setup, and financial systems.

Qualifications Required Qualifications: Currently pursuing, or recently completed, a Bachelor's degree (Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field) or equivalent coursework/experience. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new systems and processes. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.

Solid written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks with guidance, prioritize work, and meet deadlines. Ability to work effectively on a remote team and collaborate with others in a virtual environment.

Desired Qualifications: Basic understanding or coursework related to US Government contract terms and conditions, including FAR, CAS, GAAP, or CFR regulations. Exposure to Deltek Costpoint or similar ERP/financial systems, and Cognos or similar reporting tools. Customer service, office, or administrative experience (including part-time or internship roles).

Previous experience or coursework related to program coordination, contracts, accounting, or finance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
