Job Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with prospective candidates through phone, text, email, chat, and virtual recruiting platforms.

  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for candidates, providing exceptional service and guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Respond promptly to candidate inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Create a positive candidate experience that strengthens the organization's employer brand.
  • Utilize conflict resolution and de-escalation skills to address candidate concerns and barriers to employment.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and workforce management tools.

  • Document candidate interactions and ensure compliance with recruiting policies and procedures.
  • Generate reports and track recruitment activities, candidate engagement, and hiring outcomes.
  • Support with all hiring and onboarding functions.
