Position Summary
The Corporate Development Analyst will play a key role in evaluating strategic opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, land purchases for greenfield data center development, joint ventures and other growth initiatives. This position is responsible for providing analytical support to help drive strategic decision-making and value creation for the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in all phases of transaction evaluation and execution from origination through due diligence, documentation and closing
  • Develop and maintain financial models and other quantitative analyses to build business cases and drive strategic decision-making
  • Support preparation of presentation materials for Executive-level, Investment Committee and Board of Directors meetings
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including finance, legal, operations, engineering and construction to promote seamless execution
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes and market dynamics across the data center and related ecosystems
  • Maintain database of target opportunities including pipeline reporting and location mapping
  • Own other ad hoc assignments additive to the corporate development practice area

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable college or university; course work in finance, business, economics or related subjects a plus
  • 0-2 years of working experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, corporate development, or corporate finance
  • Strong financial acumen and quantitative analysis skills
  • Ability to communicate and present complex concepts clearly and effectively
  • Organized and detail-oriented capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Eager to learn with a thirst for knowledge
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Experience in data centers, digital infrastructure, energy or real estate a plus
