How does a Workforce Disruption RN typically collaborate with other departments during organizational changes or crises?

A Workforce Disruption RN often works closely with HR, management, and clinical teams to ensure continuity of patient care during periods of staffing shortages, organizational restructuring, or crises such as strikes or emergencies. This role requires strong communication skills to coordinate schedules, provide patient updates, and implement contingency plans.
