The registered nurse (RN) is accountable for the coordination and delivery of compassionate nursing across the continuum of care to meet the needs of our healthcare customers. The RN has accountability for planning, implementing, evaluating, and communicating nursing care. The RN collaborates and provides professional nursing care in accordance with established organizational policies, procedures, protocols, and the American Nurses Association Scope and Standards of Practice. The RN provides leadership through effective communication, mentoring, teaching, and continuous quality improvement efforts. The RN delegates care according to skill level, experience, acuity, fiscal accountability, and adequacy of resources.
Schedule:
- Part-time | 48 hours every two weeks | St. Cloud
- Day shift | 8-hour shifts | Flexible start times between 7:30am-8:30am
Pay and Benefits:
Starting pay begins at $41.25 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Graduate from a nursing program required; master's in nursing preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Minnesota required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy
- Workplace Violence Prevention class taken within 6 months from hire
