What You'll Do
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you'll provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care while supporting residents' overall health, safety, and quality of life.
Responsibilities include:
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans
  • Support residents in maintaining their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being
  • Complete resident assessments and identify changes in condition
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions and care plans
  • Collaborate with residents, families, providers, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
  • Monitor resident progress and communicate important updates to the care team
  • Promote a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment for residents and staff
Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Minnesota required
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
