What are Workforce Disruption RNs?

Workforce Disruption RNs are registered nurses who provide temporary clinical support to healthcare facilities experiencing staffing shortages due to strikes, labor disputes, or other disruptions. These nurses are typically assigned on short notice and may work in various settings, such as hospitals or long-term care facilities.
