Leadership & Strategic Impact
- Serve as the physician leader for a comprehensive Occupational & Workforce Health program.

Innovation & Program Development
- Lead innovative workforce health, prevention, wellness, and workforce resilience initiatives.
- Partner with operational and clinical leaders to identify opportunities for program growth and service enhancement.
- Contribute to the development of new approaches that improve employee experience and workforce readiness.
Robust Clinical Practice
- Provide evidence‑based occupational medicine services including injury management, surveillance programs, pre‑employment evaluations, return‑to‑work services, DOT examinations, and employer health services.
- Oversee MRO, IME, DOT, and regulatory compliance programs.

Preferred Qualifications
- Board Certified in Occupational Medicine preferred
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine with Occupational Medicine experience considered
- Leadership experience within Occupational Health, Employee Health, Workforce Health, or related clinical settings
- MRO, DOT, and IME certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, CDC, DOT, ADA, and Workers' Compensation regulations
- New Jersey medical license or eligibility

The anticipated salary range for this position is $215,000-$340,000 annually. Compensation will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, and leadership background.
