- The Employer Relations and Workforce Instructor at Goodwill Industries of Dallas Inc. is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with employers to create job opportunities for program participants. This role involves instructing and guiding individuals in workforce readiness, ensuring they are prepared to meet the demands of the job market and succeed in their employment endeavors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain partnerships with local employers to identify job opportunities for program participants.
- Design and deliver workforce readiness training programs that equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge for employment.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to participants, helping them to overcome barriers to employment and achieve their career goals.
- Collaborate with other departments within Goodwill Industries to align workforce programs with organizational goals and community needs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
