Workforce Development Manager – "We're looking for someone whose passion is helping a young Texan discover a career that can take them anywhere they want to go in this industry — from their first day in a service bay to master technician, shop foreman, service director, or a dealership of their own."
What You'll Do:
Provide Texans a Career Path into the automotive industry. Manage career opportunity job fairs and participate on school advisory committees for high school and post-secondary programs.
- Develop strategic partnerships with franchised dealerships, schools, technical colleges, and automotive manufacturers
- Each year we average 70-80 job placements with opportunities for career-based advancement help us get to 100!
What You Bring:
- 3-5 years as a working auto technician, auto tech instructor, or CTE program management
- Strong communication & relationship-building skills with educational institutions and businesses
- Experience working as a certified technician is preferred
- Passion for developing students to work in the automotive industry
What We Offer:
💰 $75,000-$85,000 salary commensurate with experience and outcomes
📍 North Texas (Irving area) with regional travel
