Are you passionate about connecting talented job seekers with rewarding local opportunities? We're looking for a dedicated team member to join our client in supporting candidates throughout every stage of the employment process.

In this role, you'll guide applicants in researching companies, refining resumes, and marketing materials, and preparing for interviews. You'll also provide valuable coaching, share insights on local job openings, and help candidates navigate job listing websites and job fairs to identify employers seeking their unique skills. You'll meet with participants in our Professional Development Program, evaluate their strengths, and collaborate to develop strategies for successful job placement.

Leveraging social media and virtual platforms, you'll promote networking best practices and marketing campaigns, expanding our reach and impact.
